Data Analysis & Insights:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Provide actionable insights that help optimize operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Visualization & Reporting:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure clear and effective data visualization.
Build self-service reporting solutions that empower business users to explore data independently.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Sales to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Challenge stakeholders and established practices. Act as an agent of change.
Data Quality & KPI Ownership:
Define and align key business KPIs to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
Collaborate with data engineers and analytical engineers to maintain high data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
Process & Business Enablement:
Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Educate stakeholders on BI tools and data best practices to foster a data-driven culture.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI, analytics, and visualization.
Contribute to innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities.
You've got
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
Proven track record in delivering impactful reports and dashboards for business users.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker, QlikView) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience working with relational databases or data warehouses; building data models to support BI process and a solid understanding of data transformation (ETL/ELT) workflows
