On behalf of Metro Markets GmbH, latest addition to the Metro Group, we are urgently looking for an outstanding, operations-driven individual to join our E2E Fulfilment team as Team Lead E2E Fulfilment.
What you will be doing:
Lead, develop, and motivate the E2E Fulfilment team to achieve operational excellence.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective communication.
Act as the primary liaison with ERP team, summarizing business requirements and aligning priorities.
Drive performance and cost visibility by analysing data and implementing optimization strategies.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within fulfilment operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure harmonization across warehouses to standardize processes and improve operational sustainability.
Maintain professional relationships with various departments to promote organizational collaboration.
Strategically analyse current operations and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Develop and implement change initiatives to enhance organizational productivity.
Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and operational excellence.
You've got
Proven experience in Team Leadership and Development.
Strong background in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
Solid understanding of Operation Business Requirements
Solid background in interacted with product owner and software ingenieur
Analytical skills with a focus on performance and cost analysis and optimization.
Experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English; additional languages (FR, ES, IT, DE) are a plus.
